The request and offer concerning new services and solutions in the tourist hotel market met at the Sardinian exhibition ''Hospitando Sardegna''. The success of the past editions has been confirmed with over seventy exhibitors. Numerous national and local unions of cooks, maîtres, barmen, sommeliers, confectioners, chocolatiers and bakers took part in “Hospitando Sardegna 2010”, such as: Unione Cuochi Regione Sardegna, Associazione Maitre Italiani Ristoranti Alberghi (Amira), Associazione Italiana Barmen e Sostenitori (Aibes), Associazione Italiana Sommeliers (Ais), Associazione Pasticceri e Cioccolatai, Associazione Italiana Panificatori Sezione Sud Sardegna.
At ERRE 2 Stand continuous cooking shows with Erremix oven and steam nozzle Stimmy. Furthermore this year the new oven line Junior presented new interesting recipes: this oven showed how easily it offers in any moment quality and fresh main courses also in limited environments.
