Tagliatelle pasta with courgette cream and bacon

Ingredients:
800 gr. of tagliatelle pasta
150 gr. of onions
400 gr. of smocked bacon
1 dl. of extra virgin olive oil
400 gr. of courgette, 10 gr. of shallot, 50 gr. of water, marjoram (for the courgette cream)
Salt

Equipment:
A chopping board
A knife
Stimmy and Steem Trap
A mixer
A fry-pan

Method:
Peel and cut the onions. Cut the bacon into bites. In the fry-pan heat the oil and brown the onions. Once the onions are brown, add the bacon and turn the flame down leaving them to cook for circa one minute without becoming dry.
Clean and cut the courgettes into bites, peel and cut the shallot. Put all these ingredients in the Steemtrap basket and steam them for few minutes. Put the ingredients to the mixer, then add water, abundant marjoram and a pinch of salt. Mix the compost obtaining a cream.
Cook the tagliatelle in salty water, drain and stir fried them with the onion and the bacon. Pour an abundant layer of courgette cream on a plate, then dispose over the tagliatelle.
