
Tasty temptations
Ingredients
- 9 eggs
- 1Kg semolina flour
- salt (for the pasta)
- 500g chopped meat
- 1 litre milk
- 100g butter
- 100g flour (for the white sauce)
- 5 tomatoes
- 100g mixed
- green salad
- Brussels sprouts
- 1dl red wine
- salt and aromas
Equipment
- frying pan
- chopping board
- rolling pin
- ladle, spoon and knife
Preparation
Roll out the freshly made pasta on the table and in the centre place the meat mix prepared in the frying pan with glazed tomatoes and red wine.
Brush water round the edges of the pasta and roll up. Cut into pieces of about 10 cm, place on a tray and cover with the white sauce and Parmigiano cheese.
Place in the oven on convection mode at 180°C for 30 minutes. Array on a bed of green salad and Brussels sprouts and garnish to taste.
