Ingredients:
1 litre of skimmed milk
200 ml. of coconut milk
half cup of corn starch
a cup of sugar
250 gr. of prune
100 gr. of water
100 gr. of sugar
stick of cinnamon (for the cream)
Equipment:
A bowl
Single-portion moulds
Stimmy, Wisk and Geyser
A mixer
Method:
Add all the ingredients together in a bowl, then inject the steam mixing the ingredients with the Wisk until the compost will become thick. Pour the compost in the single-portion moulds and put them in the fridge for circa 3 hours until they harden.
Add the prune to the water, the sugar and the stick of cinnamon and bring to boil steaming with Geyser. Remove the stick of cinnamon and mix the compost until obtaining a smooth cream.
On a plate overturn the single-portion moulds and decorate with the prune cream.
