Trade Fairs

This Expo is dedicated to the technology, to the food products and furniture for public places and to the bread-making art and it was on from the 1st to the 5th February in the “Umbriafiere Area” in Bastia Umbra, with over 450 booths distributed along the three exhibition pavilions. ERRE 2, in collaboration with a well-known commercial supplier of drinks and products for restaurants, has presented a variety of cooking demonstrations of their ovens, showing delicious and tempting preparation of Finger Food.
